You will need:
1. 28" of your favorite ribbon (this length seems to work for all ages). You can use any ribbon width from 5/8" - 1.5".
2. Scissors
3. Toggle
4. Woodburner or Lighter.
I like bean toggles the most for this product.
Two sizes are shown in the photo: Regular and Mini.
Cut the ends at an angle to make them easier to slide through the holes.
Seal the ends with a woodburner or lighter. You can do it before or after you thread it through the toggle.
Pinch the end of the ribbon to make a point.
Pinch the toggle so that the holes line up.
Thread the ribbon through the hole while pinching the toggle.
Thread the other end of the ribbon through the other hole. You may need to rotate the ribbon in the toggle so the printed side of the ribbon is on the outside. It should lay flat against the head with no twist in the ribbon.
Wear alone, or clip on a bow or flower.
Have fun toggling away!

this is an adorable project and I love that you did a tutorial for it. Next time I wpould suggest using a darker ribbon so it is easier to see on the white background. :) where does one find the bean toggles?
Thanks! I've seen them at JoAnn's, but they are cheaper online. Google "bean toggles" or "cord locks".
